Contact details you send through our forms (name, email, phone), your child’s age and any information you choose to share in a message. We do not collect payment or banking information.

Only to reply to you, process registrations and volunteer applications, and keep children safe. We never sell or rent personal information.
4. Cookies
We use essential local storage to remember your language, theme and cookie choice. Optional anonymous analytics run only if you click “Accept”. Click “Decline” and only essential storage is used. You can clear your choice at any time in your browser settings.
5. Children’s information
Information about children is provided by a parent or guardian, stored securely and accessed only by trained staff who need it.
